Check-in at 2 pm ~ check-out by 10.30 am. In case of early arrival, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room. For arrivals after 9 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us by e-mail or phone call.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, amounting to 30% of the total stay, and with subsequent written confirmation of payment, which can be made on our website, by Visa or MasterCard, or by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure the deposit will not be returned!
We would like to inform you that from 01.01.2024 a tourist tax of € 3.40 per day per person (over 14 years of age) is obligatory in all hotels in South Tyrol.

The deposit of 30% of the total serves as a booking guarantee that will be taken from your credit card.

In case of cancellation of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked stay period will still be charged.

In case of cancellation 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, respectively, 80% and 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.

We also remind you that in case of cancellation without insurance, the deposit will NOT be returned for any reason.

Children staying in their parents’ room enjoy the following reductions on the adult price

• children up to the age of 2: free of charge
• children from 2 to 6 years of age: -50%.
• children from 6 to 12 years: -30%.
• children after the age of 12: -20%.

In summer we only accept small dogs on request, with an extra charge of 25.00 euro per day.
Dogs are not allowed in the common areas and the restaurant (neither at breakfast nor dinner).
During the winter season, we do not accept dogs.
